I am a Certified CanFitPro Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Wellness and Older Adult specialist, as well as IFTA Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instruction. I have recently completed courses on Disordered Eating in Active and Sedentary Adults, nutrition coaching, anatomy, and TRX to name a few.
I have been involved in the fitness industry for nearly a decade, and have been professionally employed as a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition & Wellness and Older Adult Specialist since 2012. I offer personal training and small group fitness classes, nutrition and lifestyle coaching. With my leadership, clients enjoy learning about resistance training, with or without equipment.
