Gentle Flow Yoga

Come join Lauren Danner for Gentle Flow Yoga on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:45-7:45 pm.

Gentle Flow Yoga includes a few standing postures and a lot of structured rolling around in the floor. Expect to work hard but gently to move energy through the conduit of your body. This class begins with a meditation and breathing exercises, a warm up and moves into a few postures with longer holds. We will hold space with positive intentions, inspirations, stories or poems.
